  I expected less based on reviews (with all due respect to previous reviewers), but surprisingly staff was very service, polite and helpful, also room & bathroom were restored, neat and very clean. We were 2 adults and 8 year old girl, the size of the room was a bit tight but nobody of us comply because we just wanted a clean bed and bathroom a... what people say » nd a room with window.   The location was excellent. The tree lined Rue Tronchet was one of the most beautifully streets we found in Paris. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had a lot of charm. Our room had a small balcony where we could have breakfast whle overlooking the street. Very charming. - Very convenient. One of the staff is very helpful.   A great location. Relaxed atmosphere and spotlessly clean. Air conditioning controlled within the room was much appreciated! (I clicked excellent value for money above - this was because we got a good deal. I'm not sure I would have clicked that button if we had paid the price stated on the room information in the hotel! - But then perhaps that... what people say » is because I don't often stay in 4star hotels!) - The situation (between La Madeleine and Galeries Lafayette, nearly Place Vendôme) was really appreciated. The infrastructure (Japanese trend) of the Hotel and the staff service was exactly in line with what we were searching for and what we could expect of a 4 star hotel.

  the Malown Hotel has a good location, it is a nice small hotel, the decoration is nice and we have everything we can need in the room. We were there the 2nd day of the opening, several things has to be finish, the receptionist were very helpful.

Some hotels outside of windows is small courtyard in Paris, so sunshine can not enter in a room. But in this hotels maybe almost all of rooms catch the sun. - Excellent location.   Found to the hotel to be extremely comfortable. Did not eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food. Staff were extremely helpful. Location was quite good. Right beside Galeries Lafayette and alot of other shops but a little further away from the main tourist attractions that I thought. However Taxis were surprisingly good value (we did not ... what people say » use the metro but there is a shop beside hotel) - Staff were extremely accomadating, helpful and friendly. They upgraded our room also because we had a baby with us and it was of a bigger size. We thought this was especially kind.
