  Very spacious modern apartment.... surpassed our expectations !! Friendly, helpful staff. Great location... only a few minutes walk to two metro stations. Our room was on the courtyard side so was extremely quite.... didn't hear a sound from the street for the four nights we were there. - It was central to where we wanted to be.   I've been to Paris almost a dozen times and this is the 1st hotel Iwould stay in again. It was lovely! Wonderful staff (ask the nightmanager for a dinner recommendation), great rooms, perfect locationright next to a metro stop and on a great little street with a bakerynearby.   It was a nice compromise between apartment and hotel. Having mini kitchen facilities was great for times when we just didn't want another restaurant meal.   Great location and friendly, helpful staff. This apt is just a few blocks from the Louvre, but it is located in a quiet backstreet. Since we were traveling with our two children, this was a better and cheaper option than a hotel. We rented the "cozy" studio (4th floor walk-up) but we were upgraded to the larger, 2nd floor "urban" on the second d... what people say » ay because the hot water heater broke. The building manager spoke English and took the time to show us how everything worked (washer-drier, WIFI, TV) - Very good location in center of Paris All sights within walking distance. But difficult to find the hotel without navigator. If you have heavy luggage you can ask hotel staff bring it to your room, because there is a no elevator. Rooms are very nice with all what you need. Near the hotel you can find many restaurants. I very recommend restaurant with kitchen of Lyon's region.

  A super place to stay if you like Bastille and Marais. And the appartment was perfect for my daughter and I. We have used this hotel 6 times! And the staff is very helpful - Very clean, homelike room with kitchen facilities, close to the metro station and to all attractions in Marais area. Would come again.
