Very spacious modern apartment.... surpassed our expectations !! Friendly, helpful staff. Great location... only a few minutes walk to two metro stations. Our room was on the courtyard side so was extremely quite.... didn't hear a sound from the street for the four nights we were there. It was central to where we wanted to be. The apartment was well appointed, bright and spacious and most of all the staff at receprion were terrific-they were helpful and friendly, probably about the best we have experienced when we have been on a city break. .all reviews »
Very near the 'Anvers' metro stop...just a 3 minute walk which was fantastic. The area is elevated and looks over the city which is amazing and it was located close to the famous ' place du tertre' where you can absorb paris's culture. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English! The location was perfect and choosing a apartment hotel turned out to be a good choice when travelling with children, thanks to the facilities.Location of the hotel was perfect, neighborhood of Montmartre is just beautiful!!!! I tried to get the four day rate on the basis that I was taking 3 rooms (i.e. 9 days) but no go. Might be more kitchen equipment. Our room was a little on the dark side. a bit of broken facilities - shower tap and shower screen is slightly leaking. The room was a lot smaller than I had expected based on the pictures on the website. The telephone was not wroking in the room and this was very important tous when we had 2 sick children, I even asked if we could have a mobilephone-this was turned down-we were really facing problems to communicatebetween the hospital or recieve calls.The lift was too small for 2+ luggage so we used stairs, Hot water tank for showers was too small, water always leaked onto floor - get a curtain installed ,towels should be changed after 2 days not left for our full 5 days - we used nearby laundrette. Noice ( technobeats) during the night. Is there really nobody who can do anyrhing about this?. The square in front of the hotel is used by some men as public toilet...Well you're nere many bars in the centre of a great city so what elsecould you expect. In front of the hotel the locals use the road as a dog toilet. Covered in dog s**t.The cleaning was done just one time in a week. For additional cleaning you need to pay. Many yang people gather and drink in the evening but they didn't seem aggressive. the bed is the worst bed I have ever encountered and this colours my feelings about the hotel.outside security on the street. yes i didnt like that they didnt change me the towels or to change me the towels i need to pay. Floors were very dirty, not able to get clean towels. The lack of basic maid service (at least to emty the trash or change the towels after a few days). Smelt of smoke, noisy. rooms need to be bigger. the bed was hard and the breakfast (11€ called gourmet breakfast) was very small for the price. the lift was very old and unsafety. the shower was broken and musty. the room was very clairaudient. the tv has only 5 channels (only french). in the shower room hadn't any power points. very noisy at night.
