  This hotel is really underrated on letsbookhotel.com - it is fabulous. We were upgraded on arrival to a gorgeous suite with a private sun terrace on the fourth floor, with a playstation and so many amenities. The gym was great as well, with lots of equipment. The staff was immensely friendly, though one had to be patient because during late August... what people say » less staff than normal was on hand. The area was dodgy a bit, but very multi-cultural and a not so commonly explored/seen area of the real Paris.   Staff were extremely welcoming on arrival. When I handed my booking reference in the gentleman checking us in noticed i had blacked out the price and asked if it was a surprise, I advised it was for my husbands birthday and he wished my husband a happy birthday and asked if he could invite us to the bar for a complimentary cocktail or glass of cha... what people say » mpagne to celebrate, which was a much appreciated gesture and wonderful start to our trip. We were then shown to our room which we were very impressed - The staff without exception were superb and couldn't do enough to help. We had a three night stay, changing to a different themed room each day. All of the rooms were great and although "compact and bijou" were plenty big enough for our needs. We had a great time in Paris aided in no small part by the knowledge that at the end of each day we would be returning to the Secret. We would recommend without hesitation and will definitely be staying there again.

  We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was VERY spacious and on the quiet side overlooking an inside courtyard. The bathroom was particularly surprisingly new and spacious with a large modern shower and double face basin. The toilet was a separate area. The staff was VERY helpful and professional.   Excellent service,interier,prices and location - It's proximity to most of the areas I was visiting on my trip. Also the fact it was so close to RER and Metro stations, this was very helpful both coming from and going to the CDG Airport. The room was kept very clean and I had a wonderful view of St. Eustace from my balcony window.
