The guy in the reception Yannick was so helpful and friendly. Because of a problem we had by the reservation, they upgraded our room. I have been here earlier in the year and they finished works in reception and breakfast area making it more modern. Good wify and very friendly staff. We chose to skip the hotel breakfasts in favour of a much cheaper cafe/croi - We stayed in a horrible guesthouse the night before and decided to spend some money to stay at a better place. And it was worth every penny!!!!!!!!! Hearing about our horibble stay at other place, they gave us an upgrade to the superior suite!! It was so comfortable and clean. Staffs were friendly and accomodating at all times. We would love to stay here again if we come back to Paris! Thank you for everything!!
