All of the staff members were very friendly and had cheerful attitude. They helped with everything and randomly offered us hot tea or coffee at anytime of the day.

The lady at the reception desk was extremely helpful. The hotel is just 2 minutes away from Cadet station and easy access to anywhere. There are lots of excellent cafes, bars and delis. The room is roomy and clean. Great view of the street, too.

Very friendly staff. They went out of their way to help us get a shuttle to the airport although everything was booked, and brought us an extra blanket when the room was too cold. Good value for money and great location. -

It was an excellent hotel in a great location. It was nicely done out but a little bit cute and kooky (with the china cats and the goldfish). It had more character than bigger chain hotels. I particularly liked the internal space near the lobby - small very nice patio. This hotel is very well located (not far from Gare du Nord and close to Grand Magazines). Near to M3 ( Bourse station ), M8 & M9 ( Grand Boulevards Station ) to start your paris expedition. But hey who cares for the trains, you can walk around until you reach at eiffel tower. Isnt it amazing? The reception on duty were very accomodating esp the guy, i forget the name "sorry" who always has a smile whenever we ask a hot water everytime we arrive late in the evening.
