  Very nice hotel! Had a specious room (at leats for Paris), Provides fast internet access (both WIFI and cable). Because the hotel is fairly new, the equipment was so too.   Great hotel and location. Travel party of four, wife and two sons, 20 and 16. Stayed in adjoining rooms 101 and 102 on first floor behind checkin desk. Nice rooms with excellent bathrooms, shower only, no bathtub. Very easy to get out-and-about. WiFi wasn't working during our stay but free use of a computer was available.   Big room, quiet, clean, very good location. - We arrived at 2 PM and the receptionist had the key ready for us. The room was clean and the shower was strong. The hotel is conveniently located about 150 meters from Montparnasse Station. The value was good for Paris in June although there was no breakfast.

The Rue Daguerre is a fantastic market and cafe strip and it's brilliant to be able to walk down the road and take in the atmosphere.   A lovely little hotel on a quiet and safe street just minutes away from the metro and great Parisian cafes and bars that aren't overflowing with tourists. The staff were very attentive and polite and always keen to help. They also spoke english which was a big bonus! I found our room to be very comfy and clean. We didn't bother with breakfast here though as it seemed a little pricey an - Our room was clean fresh recently renovated by the look of it, staff couldn't have been more helpful,Benjamin did everything he could to help us even carried my bags for me up the stairs as there is no lift .....we were on first floor but if have some luggage it can be a difficult chore, Benjamin to rescue !! Location is excellent, bakery on the corner makes the best cafe creme and pastries. Top Tip brush up on your French it really will help out in the local shops etc. even if its just bonjour
