  staff were helpful and freindly , the doorman , concierge , recetion a duty manager went ou tof their way to ensure a pleasant stay. we took a limo from aamerican limos to the hotel and was met by the doorman who was freindly , the concierge took care of our dinner reservations and airport transportation. reception upgraded us to a deluxe and duty ... what people say » mamnager sent up a bottle of champagne - A very nice and comfortable hotel at a very nice location.   The hotel is very central. Next to the hotel there are two metro stations with three lines. The room and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast is not cheap. But the breakfast buffet is very rich and very good, so you should eat at the hotel. The reception staff are very kind and helpful.   A lovely lovely hotel with perfect location an fantastic staff who couldn't do enough for us. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room was beatifully decorated and had all the amenieties you need. The common areas with the honesty bar were very cosy and a nice way of starting the evening.
