There is no reception (which is good for me), but the staff is always helpful by phone. -
The apartment has perfect location and is spacious. We also loved the city view at night! When booking the room, we were worried about where to leave our luggage after checking out as there is no reception like in normal hotel. But the staff was very helpful and helps us to keep the luggage during the time. Overall, very happy with our stay!
