Some rooms have tea/coffee making facilities and a hairdryer. Guests relax on the terrace in the summer season. Front desk staff is available 24 hours a day and can assist with luggage storage. Overall I had a great experience - for the money the location and accomodation were appropriate - although the rooms were small I think the price fit = anyway how much time do you spend in the room. But in addition to the appropriate value - the staff were wonderful. Booking taxis, confirming flights, they were always willing to help and so polite. I. I feel that the room for 2 people was too small, leaving my husband and I to have to take turns in moving around.Only one downside that makes me not want to take this hotel anymore. It is way too noisy! The cardboard walls mean thet you can literally hear a conversation in the room next to you.... so if you decide to hit the sack before 01.00.. be prepared to be woken up by slamming doors, conversations, and more.... The receptionist receiving us was not very helpful or polite. We arrived around 1 and were informed that our room would be available only at 2. No invitation to register, no suggestion to visit the restaurant (which we eventually did) in short; a bit unpolite. A friendlier attitude would have been much appreciated.The room was did not correspond to the image you give on your wedsite as the size of the room was VERY small and the bed was TOO small for two persons - 120 width cannot be considered to be a bed for two persons!! Moreover the bed was old and soft and the madrass were the sheet is on was so old/ it could not hold in its place and when one changed position, the madrass did too. We didn't stay because our room wasn't ready (ok, had coffee) and then,despite publicity, there was no smoking (survivable) and then no onecame to help us with an ever open window - last straw.The rooms were ridiculously too small the double one was two very smallbeds face to face with no room to move very expensive for the quality. The room was small, cramped and extremely hot and stuffy. The aircon wasineffective and made no difference. The room faced onto one of thebusiest roads in Tallinn making it impossible to open the windows forventilation. All in all, three of the worst nights sleep I've had in mylife. The room bore no resemblance to the pictures on the website, alsoI booked a double room and got a twin.The room we stayed was very small, which was not mentioned in the hotel's description in the web. There was no wireless internet in the room.
