  It is hard to know where to begin describing what a wonderful time we had staying at the Osiris Hotel when we visited Cairo. It might be best to start with the staff. They were always genuinely cheerful and helpful. When we planned our trip, we purposely picked small family run hotels for our stay. We are a family of four (two girls ages 11 and 15) and we sh - The Osiris Hotel is in a perfect location close to central Cairo but off the beaten path enough to be quiet. The view of the city from the balcony is great. The staff is excellent; the whole place exceptionally clean; and the decor is wonderful. I am a female solo traveler and felt very comfortable here.

  I'm very satisfied to have stayed in this hotel in the middle of Cairo downtown. It's located in the heart of the city and you can go easily to every part of the city from this point. The owner, Moustafa, is very kind and saw me as a friend. Moreover he is able to book several trips for his guests such as the pyramids, western desert, luxor etc fo... what people say » r a very good price compared to other establishments. Thanks to him I spent 10 wonderful days in Egypt. His friends helping him in the service are ver - Staff was great. Felt like long-time friends. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The internet connection was strong and convenient...and free. The location was right in the center of town in walking distance to where I needed to be. Excellent bargain for the money. I will go there each time I visit Cairo.

  You will feel if you were at home, the room is nice and very clean. Aladin is a great person, and all the people at the hotel all also very nice, muhammad gives you wonderfull information and abdu makes the best coffe. They will help you with everything you need. I was met at the airport and my room was clean and air conditioned. If I needed any help with the language I received it and transport was arranged for me to visit anywhere I wanted to go. It is the second time I have stayed there.

  The services are perfect , also I did ask for Semiramis hamburger for the room as a dinner it was perfect , delicious and very big one . Also that chief and bread woman in the breakfast hall , they were amazing I do really want to thank you and your staff . In fact more violence erupted there only 2 days after I left. However the staff did not let this affect their professional & efficient performance.
