Mara herself looks after everything and there is not a greater-hearted or more detail-oriented person on the planet. The room was immaculately clean and nothing was too much trouble.

Tours organized by the hotel, with a well read Egyptologist (Mr. Hassan) and safe, professional chauffeur ( Mr. Ramadan). Very good management Ahmed and Tahir are very friendly to assist. Room was clean and Wifi was also working very fine. Food is also good and the location is amazing. very close to the Luxor hotel and right in middle of the market as well. They arranged for the entire 2 day trip as well. Everything went on track.

  The owners and staff are absolutely amazing. For example, I arrived by train. It was running late. I sent a message, guesstimating I might be up to an hour late. Actually, I arrived over two hours late. Despite the delay, I was picked up, for free, at the station, where the owner was waiting for me when the train arrived.
