Mara herself looks after everything and there is not a greater-hearted or more detail-oriented person on the planet. The room was immaculately clean and nothing was too much trouble.

  Very friendly, helpful and honest staff. Terrace view restaurant with wonderful view of the Luxor temple and Valley of Kings. Tours organized by the hotel, with a well read Egyptologist (Mr. Hassan) and safe, professional chauffeur ( Mr. Ramadan). We had an experienced and professonal pilot Mr. Mahmoud. The hotel also organized airport pick up and drop for us@ 20 - Go for it as simple as that. Very good management Ahmed and Tahir are very friendly to assist. Room was clean and Wifi was also working very fine. Food is also good and the location is amazing. very close to the Luxor hotel and right in middle of the market as well. They arranged for the entire 2 day trip as well. Everything went on track.
