the shuttle service has been very efficient!!! the staff went to pick me up directly in the arrival hall of the airport, in the middle of the night, with a sign showing my name to avoid any misunderstanding. They were on time and very kind. The hotel is beautiful, especially the swimming pool and all the plants and lush vegetation surrounging it. I liked the position very close to the airport.

It's a huge hotel with many restaurants. But it is beautiful. I had a lovely room, big enough to hold a dance in, and the bathroom was a dream. I stayed in the Towers extension and would highly recommend it. The half board package was great. I loved the professionalism from the staff. Mr Amr was impeccable in his dealings with us both online and in person. He booked the taxis for us from the airport and their own taxi service is great and the drivers are friendly and speak English. The taxis service was very flexible and the taxi rates were really good. The staff of this hotel make it a very warm and welcoming place.
