  View is superb, the reception staff and most of the restaurant + pool staff are simply great, food was amazing (El Gezira restaurant), very fast and attentive. Golf car was always available to move the elder around, very good and polite drivers. Breakfast was simply awsome, the herrings were a very good idea yummy. Pool bar was amazing, the staff ... what people say » there are more than polite, my wife spilled some of her drink on the ground and they insisted on topping it full back to her, beer is cold and dresh. - I liked the blend of relaxation and excitement at the same time, we enjoyed every minute there. Staff are very professional and so helpful. Hotel is very clean in every spot. Food was delicious, fresh and has a lot of varieties. Entertainment was available over the weekend (Marwa & Ahmed) they were great and gave us enjoyment with foreign and Arabic songs. Definitely we wish we could go back again at the earliest chance with the whole family

  Staff are mostly extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. Food was mostly excellent, except on the busier days (weekends). Duty manager was quick to accommodate our wish to change the room and to help us further when we needed it. - We loved how professional the staff was at the resort.
