  The Santini Residence is an absolutely wonderful hotel. This small hotel is located in in an area most convenient to major sites of interest in the city. My wife and I stayed in a suite which was one of the most luxurious and beautiful hotel rooms we have ever used (our next stop was the Fours Seasons hotel in Budapest where the room did not compar... what people say » e). The staff was always extremely helpful. - I stayed at three excellent hotels during my wonderful stay in Prague. All were excellent!! But I am certain I saved the best for last...as I have stayed at many hotels throughout Europe - Santini Residence without a doubt has been the most pleasurable. I will be back for sure.

  Absolutely loved this hotel. Didn't know it was a renovated convent. Very close, but extremely quite location. 3 minutes to the castle and about 5 to the St. Charles Bridge. Perfect, newer, quiet, clean and restful. I highly, highly recommend this hotel. I especially LOVED the breakfast area...3rd floor attic with tons of character. Wow! - Ha... what people say » ving travelled extensively and with a UK base in a 5* hotel, the Appia Residence cannot be faulted. It is an amazing place, impecably clean, quiet, extensive accomodation, dedicated and helpful staff> I cannot recommend this hotel too highly and we will certainly return and recommend it to our friends.

  After a weekend of alcoholic debauchery in Brno, my girlfriend and me had a last stop at Prague before leaving home. And really, this was such a difference compared to what we've experienced in Brno. The stop was the Golden Star hotel, a home from home with friendly personnel who helped us immediately. Sure, the climb up - We liked the location of the hotel - just below the Castle. It looks like an old building but nicely renovated. Cosy and romantic, with a lot of wooden and "golden" details. The breakfast room has a beautiful view to the Old town. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, kettle and tea/coffee in the room...We would be happy to stay at Golden Star again.

The Icon Boutique hotel is for me an hotel which I could actually live in. I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel.   The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.
