Excellent staff, small gifts (fruit bowl, plate of chocolates) appeared on table while we were out for dinner and the excellent location - you step out of the hotel door and you are basically on the Charles' bridge. I would choose it again. Very good location, all staff at Hotel and transfer drivers made us very welcome. On the day of my wife's birthday hotel presented complementry bottle of sparkling wine which was very nice. We would recomend to our family and friends.

Hotel with 4 star should have a refrigerator and tea set in the room.Hotel does not have elevator and staff to help us to climb our luggages. The staff was not really helpfull to do reservations.

By public transport from the train stations: - From either train station take the red metro line C. - Exit at Muzeum and change to the green line A towards Dejvická. - Exit at the third stop Malostranská.
