I'm amazed when the hotel supposed to pick two people with different flights at the airport and my friend happened to have postphoned flight. But, instead of us telling them, they called us and told us about the delay and will arrange for delayed picked up as flight new schedule. Definitely great service from the hotel. I would love to thank especially the front desk staff, Mr Martin, he has been a very friendly and helpful guy in giving advice not only about the hotel and facilities, but also.
all reviews » We stayed in a building adjacent to the hotel. The room was spacious even for us standards. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was not just friendly but went out of their way to help us. Martin and Milan were exceptional. They located a fly shop in Prague and gave us instructions on how to get there. The restaurant was very good and we thought good value. I don't have a lot to compare with but wines were comparable to us wine store prices in the restaurant not a 2 or 3 times multiple. Withou. The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely happy to help us. They seem to really enjoy working there. All facilities were perfect: free wifi, computer for use, fantastic breakfast, free little gifts left in room, air conditioning, huge room, perfect location, and ability to buy stamps and train tickets at front desk. Everyone spoke very good English and really took care of us. The location allowed us to not have to bring a day pack as we could just pop in to our room for a sweater or to go. The room we were allocated was in the new annex and it was perfect. The huge sash windows overlooked a little courtyard and we could see part of Charles Bridge. The beds were comfy and the furniture was all beautiful wood and seemed brand new. All of the ceilings were wooden, both in the bedroom and the corridors. The staff were really friendly and gave us all the information we needed. The breakfast was included in our room rate and was wonderful- so much fresh fruit and yummy choice. The loca. This is a real 4-star hotel. The location, just below one of the towers at Charles bridge, was in the middle of everything. We loved it. The room was great too with really good air condition, not just powerful but also placed on the proper place in the room and easy to use. Wonderful bed too. The staff in the reception were very polite and helpful with what ever help you needed, where to go, what to see, where to eat, taxi transfer. They were just wonderful. The Hotel was excellent. Right from the start we were impressed by the efficiency and friendlyness of the staff. Airport transfer were easily arranged saving hassle. We were there in late March and the room was a little warm and did not have a thermostat that we could find.. We opened the windows which worked well, but there was noise from outside, some workers cleaning up at nearby restaurants and some people going home late after partying at the pubs. There were not a lot of english speaking tv stations but we weren't in the room much except to sleep. Hair dryer was hard to use when you have long, thick hair. The internet could have been slightly more reliable in the room areas. I needed to reconnect a few times to get a solid connection. That being said, it worked well and I got done what needed to get done. Having to leave!. everything was perfect. - A bit high parking price. my room faces the street, which is quite noisy when windows are open, even at midnight. Nothing. We had a great time. Nothing!. The only thing that we found somewhat frustrating was the fact that there were no movie channels or many English speaking options on the TV. You can only watch CNN and BBC news for so long. And my wife gets bad allergies and she found herself getting reactions from whatever product or spray that was used in the room. nothing. Breakfast which is included in the room rate is good but not special like the rest of this fabulous hotel. Nothing. That I had to leave :(. Nothing. If I had to pick one thing, it would be that the air conditioner was a little loud...but it really didn't bother us at all. We were thankful we had A/C!. Having to go home. Didn't quite understand the half shower door! Every shower resulted in a wet bathroom floor. Should install shower curtain instead of this door. Also getting to hotel for parking using the hotel address was painful. Should include a better gps address to get to actual parking area to avoid issues with traffic flow. A little hard to find and need for paid parking needs to be spelled out clearly as if I had not done that it would have been a royal pain. Everything was perfect so nothing!!. Loved everything no negatives at all. Having to come back home. We loved everything about this place!. Sometimes the waiting staff in the restautant part were a little distant-perhaps their English is not strong!. Zero. Breakfast room was small and the good array of food was cramped and not easy to access. I couldn't honestly say there was anything. Nothing. Nothing. Can't say a bad word about this hotel. The bathroom/shower room was really small and the shower badly designed so the water kept going all over the floor!. nothing, not to like.
