I loved the location of the property in the heart of downtown Prague. The free wifi in my room was the fastest Ive ever experienced anywhere. (download 21mbs) amazing. The staff were so friendly and Lucas the Manager was extremely helpful and friendly. He can organize a cheaper Taxi to and from the airport and even helped with luggage down to the Taxi. We got to the hotel around 23:30 and it was closed, but we phoned the number that was written on the door and someone came in 5 minutes and helped us around. He was very nice and helpful.
Besides that, the hotel is very clean and cozy, breakfast was good and it is very close to a tram station that can take you to the city center and all of it's attractions.
