  First of all, I would like to say that the place is absolutely great,the rooms are really cosy and very clean, you have anything you need,from minibar and safe-locker to hair-dryer. The staff is really nice andalways ready to help you, Besides, th hotel is situated in a verypleasant area, 100 m away from the metro and tram, but in the same timeit i... what people say » s situated very close to the center. - Gorgeous room - it was modern, spacious and clean. A huge and varied breakfast. There is a fantastic restaurant down stairs which was a great boost after our delayed flight. The staff are helpful and it is an easy walk to city from the hotel to take in the sights. We absolutely loved our weekend in Prague.

  This is a lovely, modern, clean hotel situated very close to a tram and metro station for easy access to Prague centrum. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely helpfull, always friendly and spoke very good english which made our stay much easier. Even booked our tours for us which picked us up from the hot... what people say » el. Highly recommended. - Location was perfect next to both a metro and international train station. Room was clean and comfortable, very good bathroom and nice shower. Good breakfast.

  So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude!   This is the very nice hotel. There are so kind staff, a breakfest is not bad, a big pretty room, everyday cleaning, etc. Important for turists it is a very good place. The many touristic objects are right there, just 5-10 minutes by walk. We exactly will be stay in this hotel in next trip to Praha! It can be difficult for them to climb steep stairs. - The location is great, in the heart of the city but not in the crazy heart. You go up there is the castle you go down there is the Charl's bridge. On the way amazing restaurants very cheap and delicious. The beds are comfortable, bathroom is good. Close to the park where you can have picnic with the view to the city. Staff is very friendly.

  Apartment was larger than expected, spacious. All basic facilities: kitchen, heating, shower (only liquid soup), towels, etc. Although it is not possible to check-in earlier than 2 p.m., but they have a room for luggage and it is possible to leave it there before check-in and after check-out if needed (in the restaurant nearby). Staff is polite. W... what people say » i-Fi internet connection is available in the room (but sometimes it is very poor). Although there are no room service, as changing towels or cleaning - The Apartment Supervisor Karoline was very nice and friendly, we could leave the suitcases in the room the day of departure and we didn't have to pay any extra to use the room. Everything was very clean and tidy and the position was good, close to the city center.
