First of all, I would like to say that the place is absolutely great,the rooms are really cosy and very clean, you have anything you need,from minibar and safe-locker to hair-dryer. The staff is really nice andalways ready to help you, Besides, th hotel is situated in a verypleasant area, 100 m away from the metro and tram, but in the same timeit is situated very close to the center. Gorgeous room - it was modern, spacious and clean. A huge and varied breakfast. There is a fantastic restaurant down stairs which was a great boost after our delayed flight. The staff are helpful and it is an easy walk to city from the hotel to take in the sights. We absolutely loved our weekend in Prague.

We walked from the hotel to Wenceslas Sq in about an hour, down the river. Nice walk if the weather is nice! Hotel was very modern, clean and staff were very helpful. Room was a great size. The hotel room was excellent, very clean and new, at breakfast we were offered a wide choice of tasty food. The staff were very friendly and eager to help, good location for metro to the centre or within walking distance of Charles Bridge and Castle approx 20-25 mins. Overall an excellent luxury hotel.This was my second time and my partners third time to stay at this Hotel, we like it so much that we have told friends about it and they too have stayed there. It took a long time for the room to cool down. For a superior room the room is probably a bit smaller than expected. The situation of the two internet stations at the lounge (dirty monitors and keyboards). no hot water kettle to make tea and coffee in the room. The water leaking from the shower room glass door during bath.I stayed in a messonaitte so, everything was excellent. Not! I like this hotel very much. Will stay again if I will be in Prague. Besides our non-smoking room, you were able to smell smoke throughout much of the hotel. None; everything was perfect!. I had forgotten to put the "do not disturb sign" on the door and a cleaning lady did show up at 8.30am one morning. I did not appreciate that. breakfast is good but can be better, service at the restaurant is efficient.drinks were very expensive in the bar compared to other places. room internet conection is not available free of charge. No coffee maker.
