Room was nice, big and very clean.
Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling.
The whole staff was polite and helpful.

Staff were friendly and helpfull, usefull advice was freely given.
Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square.
My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.

Really nice and smart hotel. Minimalistic design of the rooms, but cool, fashioned and functuonal. Our room was comfortable and clean, with nice bathroom, balcony, big led-tv, kettle and supercomfortable bed. Great design of reception zone, hall and bar. Wi-fi is about 6 euro per day. The breakfast lookes rich and costs 15 euro or about. It takes about 15 min walk to reach centre, 5 min by tram, 2 stops by metro (stop Krzikova is 2 minutes from hotel). This is the very nice hotel. There are so kind staff, a breakfest is not bad, a big pretty room, everyday cleaning, etc. Important for turists it is a very good place. The many touristic objects are right there, just 5-10 minutes by walk.

The location is great, in the heart of the city but not in the crazy heart. You go up there is the castle you go down there is the Charl's bridge. On the way amazing restaurants very cheap and delicious. The beds are comfortable, bathroom is good. Close to the park where you can have picnic with the view to the city. Staff is very friendly.

The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.
