The location is excellent, apartment 2a and 2b are comfortable and lovely enough but I wouldn't take the share bathroom apartment.
The wood inlay ceiling in 2a is beautiful. A feel good place and the bakery down stairs is very handy.

The location was fantastic, very close to the old town square which was beautiful at Christmas. The room was very generous with everything you would need (luxury superior room). We also requested a bath on booking and this wasn't a problem.

We like the hotel's location, on a quite corner but very close to the main streets. The breakfast was very nice, as were the conditions of the rooms, it seemed they were just done. This hotel is a favorite of mine in Prague. Has a very luxurious feel to it. All the rooms are different, so you get something new each time you stay. Staff are friendly and speak English. They have a new parking location for guests which is much closer than when I stayed here in 2011. The breakfast room is very cute and cozy as well.

The localization of hotel are very good because is far from turistic downtown and near to subways and trams (public transportations).
This is good because the city does not operate with Euros, only tchec crouwns, local money, and the there are better currency exchange houses and good restaurants.
The view is amazing, its possible to see the castel, mainly at night.

Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling.

Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square.
My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.
