  From the moment of arrival to departure I was looked after in an impeccably professional yet friendly manner. Small extras like the offer of a tea or coffee while checking in, careful advice about getting around Prague, supply of tickets for public transport as needed (charged to final account) and just the right mix of interest in my welfare but ... what people say » respect of privacy and peace. Best hotel experience ever. - I loved this hotel. from the moment we entered they made us feel at home & were so friendly & informative. the room was clean, lovely & light file, with a private door to a garden. Tea was immediately brought to our room with sweets! couldn't ask for more. Great breakfast included with homemade strudel!!

  I´ve rely enjoyed stay at hotel Green Garden. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They´ve always responded in kind way when I asked for something. Room and bathroom were clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent. As a business traveler I appreciated safe for my laptop and internet connection in my room. I will definitely stay again ... what people say » at this hotel when I come to Prague!! - I liked that the staff were very bland and helpful; a very good location, very good breakfast, the size of the room and the fact that it was very clean. Because we were in our "one week honeymoon" they waited us with champanie. We loved every minute there.

  Very clean and bright room with large bathroom at the rear of the building. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels supplied and the domestic staff were friendly and helpful. Felt the trams rather than heard them. Some staff spoke English and some only a little but all were helpful. Hotel is situated within walking distance of all main sites . Wi-fi was very goo - This hotel was perfect for us. Close to the main train station so when we arrived it was only a short walk. We found the hotel an easy distance to walk to any of the main attractions as far as Prague Castle. The rooms were comfortable, clean, spacious. Large bathroom, clean with fresh towels. Friendly staff member who greeted us. Welcome drink on arrival. Double windows for night time. I am a light sleeper and the noise didn't worry me too much. Would stay here again if I returned to Prague.

We asked the hotel for a nice room and they gave my parents the best room and also gave them a compliemtary bottle of champagne, which was very nice of them. - Hotel was in the heart of the city, a short walk to everything.
