  It is the find of the century.This is probably one of the best places to stay whilst in Prague. It feels like visiting a home with a large eat in fully equipped kitchen.   I was staying in premier apartment with my family & the room really really great. Clean, new & nicely furnished & bathroom, spacious room. Free WIFI & beer ;-) Andreas was very helpful, my parents really appreciate the help that he did and tell about it to all my families in Indonesia. We arrived very soon in the morning and they let us leave our luggage in the reception. We also leave very soon in the morning and Andreas was there in case we need any help. The room is big enough for 5 people (we were four). The room is cleaned every day. Very close to Wenceslas square, 3 minutes far from Muzeum tube station.

  The apartment was located on a busy square, extremely accessible to shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The castle was an easy 10 minute tram ride away, and everything else was within walking distance. The apartment was quiet, well equipped (dishes, stovetop, soap, towels), and spacious. This is a big bonus. i recommend advertising this. It was not mentioned on letsbookhotel.com but this is a great bonus because many hostels/hotels stop serving breakfast at 10 or 11am.

  The receptionists were highly competent and helped us. It was not far from Vaczlavska square (5-10 minutes by walking).The room was not very large, but quiet comfortable, there were towels for each person. Spoons, forks, cups and knives were not the same, like they have stolen it from someone :) Also their exchange course from euro to czech crones... what people say » wasn't very good, they receive only czech crones. So we payed more than a price on booking. - The room was spacious and very clean. There were corner shops to provide for our self-catering breakfast. The facilities were adequate. The staff gave us advice whenever we sought it.

  The hotel is located on the 3rd and 4th floor of an old classical buidling. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. The rooms and the bathrooms are very clean and big enough. Breakfest is in a very nice sunny room, and very sufficient. Wifi connection sufficient. I was very happy to be there because it was cheap and very near to the Metro "Museum"... what people say » , and the Venzel Square. I was in a business trip and city trip. - Most of all I like the staff of Balbin hotel. It is the most hospitable and friendliest of all hotel staffs I have ever seen. The location of the hotel is also great. I think that this hotel is a great value for money. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I come to Prague.

  The apartment was very nice and clean, looked exactly like on the pictures. The cleaning lady showed up every day and did a very thorough job. The staff is extremely helpful. The location in Nove Mesto is within 20 minutes walk to major attractions, but there is also a subway station and a tram station nearby. - Fantastic, luxury and spacious apa... what people say » rtment, close to public transport. Centre is walking distance. Although the street is noisy, you hear nothing inside. The bedroom is at the backside, where you can open the window (without streetnoise). I can recommend it for sure.

  Close to everything. We had our own balcony, wich was great because we had one smoker among us, and the weather was wonderful while we were in Prague.:) - The receptionists are very nice; the situation of the appartment was very nice and on the city centre. There are very a lot of positive point ;-)
