  We were given a huge room, more like a suite. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Very pleasant, professional, helpful staff. Liked the location very close to Wenceslas square. We were also given a free book of things to see and do in Prague in either 3 hours or 3 days which came in very handy. Very enjoyable stay. - The reception staff in particular... what people say » were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were fairly basic but exceptionally clean and comfortable.Breakfast was very nice and kept us going until our evening meal. There was lots of choice and a nice dining area.

  The apartment was located on a busy square, extremely accessible to shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The castle was an easy 10 minute tram ride away, and everything else was within walking distance. The apartment was quiet, well equipped (dishes, stovetop, soap, towels), and spacious. This is a big bonus. i recommend advertising this. It was not mentioned on letsbookhotel.com but this is a great bonus because many hostels/hotels stop serving breakfast at 10 or 11am.

  It was the off season so we paid for a 4 person apt and they gave us a 7person apt. It was right in the middle of everything. You can walkeverywhere. For the money it was a nice place to stay. I would recomendthis hotel. Pay extra for the secured parking.   We like the hotel's location, on a quite corner but very close to the main streets. The breakfast was very nice, as were the conditions of the rooms, it seemed they were just done. The staff is nice and helpful, and the hotel was nice enough to give us a free bottle of champagne on my husbands birthday.   Me and my wife Kátia were in Sovereign Hotel in Prague from October 29 to November 13, 2013. The Sovereign hotel is simply unique, it stays one block from main train station, Praha Hlavní Nadrazí, less than three minutes from rue Venceslau, and aproximately fifteen minutes pleasured walking to Old Town. Before - The staff were very helpful, chatty and polite. They asked about our travels and were genuinely interested in what our plans were. They had water at the reception (bonus!). When asked the staff organised the room to be cleaned at a specific time as another traveller was coming to stay, there was no hesitation and they were happy to organise.   Close to everything. We had our own balcony, wich was great because we had one smoker among us, and the weather was wonderful while we were in Prague.:) - The receptionists are very nice; the situation of the appartment was very nice and on the city centre. There are very a lot of positive point ;-)

  I like breakfast . There are plenty of fruits and vegetable . Some staffs are so nice and helpful . The location is OK for me. - The bed in our superior room was very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent and the temperature was always warm and pleasant.
