The apartment was located on a busy square, extremely accessible to shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The castle was an easy 10 minute tram ride away, and everything else was within walking distance. The apartment was quiet, well equipped (dishes, stovetop, soap, towels), and spacious. We were given a good dinner recommendation by the woman working the desk, and enjoyed our time in Prague.

This is a big bonus. i recommend advertising this. It was not mentioned on letsbookhotel.com but this is a great bonus because many hostels/hotels stop serving breakfast at 10 or 11am. The location on Wenceslas Square is excellent. There is good shopping in the area, plus it is an easy walk to many tourist attractions. The staff helped us plan our trip in advance by offering arrange our airport transport and suggesting a list of trips they could (and did) book for us. The apartment was generally very comfortable and all we needed. All in my trip was brilliant, and my studio apartments too. It was clean, with well furniture, well located. Out of my window was the sights from one of bond`s films. Service is quick and friendly. I enjoyed it very much. It is the best place to shop because there are a lot of shopping centers and simply stores. One bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen, good located on Wenceslas Square. In a few minets is Old Town Square. Nearby you can find a lot of restaurants and shops. There is supermarket near the apartment. No problem with transfer from/to airport. Free Wi Fi. Location was excellent. The apartment very spacious, well supplied , comfortable. We got immediate assistance from reception staff for any queries including ordering taxi's to and from the apartment Staff had excellent English. Our one room apartment was spacious and light with nice view to the Vaclac square. The building is old and charming, high rooms and windows. Good kitchenette, TV and bed. The apartments are a bit "tired", wooden floors are so scuffed it's hard to tell if they're clean, beds and pillows were uncomfortable. All in all, I would stay there again due to the great location and value. A mug in the bathroom had not been cleaned, it still had toothpaste stains from the previous lodger. there was a power outage on the daz we were checking out so the elevator did not work. We had to carry our suitcases down from the top floor. Also, because of the power outage the card reader did not work at reception so we had to pay in cash. That said, the receptionist was a v nice guy and was happy to accept Euro. The location on Wenceslas Square is very noisy at night as there are bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself needed a little maintenance as the pillows were losing their comfort, the couch needed some attention and a few little things like a bottle cap opener were missing. We were a group of 7 females, we could have done with another shower, or in the main bathroom, change the hand held shower to a wall mounted shower. We needed mirrors, would advise you put mirrors in the bedrooms. a restaurant in the courtyard - are the days when the guests are a bit noisy at night ... is also somewhat cumbersome emptying garbage containers on the night ... but all the advantages of an apartment make these drawbacks are not important issues :) heartily recommend!!! :). The apartment was in need of some repairs like a nail sticking out on the step, a broken coffee table which was covered with a dingy table cloth. The wifi wasn't working as promised. We had to go to the lobby to access the internet. The house keeper was not up to standard the path room without drain and it was soaking with water most of the time , noisy during weekend. We were unsure where to find the apartments as it wasn't sign posted as apartments Jizera. N/A. Wifi was a bit weak, but worked. Cooker didn't work. 隔音效果不太好门锁不太好开. Kettle was not good, wifi was so weak at night. This apartment has'n got elevator until top floor!. They did not put enough bed linen in the apartment and wanted to charge extra for another set of linen. No a/c. Lift wasn't working - 100 steps up is a lot, with baggage. 1.) The apartments are becoming very dated. 2.) I wrote a few months ahead to request an apartment with a view to the square, but when I got there, was given a room with no view. This has happened 3 times, so I don't plan to return. The apartment was dirty, bedlinen was worn out, no cleaning or change of towels, only one towel for two guests, only one key, the safe was broken, receptionists very unwelcoming, information was bad and partly incorrect. Seemed to be right in the middle of red light area!!!!! When we got in after a night out it was obvious someone had been in our apartment as there were lots of shells from nuts in our kitchen sink. We informed the night manager of this but for some reason he dismissed it. Besides the "fair" items above, breakfast has a very short choice, and with some exceptions, people are not friendly.
