The staff were excellent. Very friendly and extremely helpful. On our first night there I misplaced my purse and the staff could not have done any more to help me find it quickly. They also helped entertain my baby son during check-in and check-out. The hotel has great restaurants too, we enjoyed tasty evening meals and breakfasts with a good choice for everyone.

Food excellent.The Spa, pool and mainly the massage service are very pleasant. - The breakfast, though an expensive add-on, had an extensive selectionfrom congee, dim sum and sushi, to full 'English' breakfast fry-ups, tocereal, breads, pastries, freshly made crepes, omelettes etc.

The staff were extremely helpful, especially front desk manager Thomas and Murphy in guest relations. They really helped us get along in a city where very few individuals speak English. Ambiance was very nice in lobby and pool. The food in their restaurants was expensive but very tasty - worth the money. -

Our entire family enjoyed our stay at the Peninsula. The room was spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed. I love how the desk area is separated from the rest of the room. It allows me to do some work while the kids are watching a movie. The management really pays attention to the details which made our stay extremely comfortable. -
