  I like the location only a 3 minute walk from the metro and there is a popular shopping district near by. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of small shops and resteraunts near by. - Great staff. Very good english level and always give us a hand when necessary. Nice environment... what people say » , traditional aspect.   Super friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were gorgeous and with a great location this hotel made for a wonderful place to stay in Beijing. - The staff women were amazing. They helped us schedule trips we wantedand offered suggestions without being pushy (like many other hotels). Iwas very impressed with the service aspect and recomment to friends.

  Really like the place, real Beijing feel. - By its very nature I was immersed in the Hutong and saw how those people live on a daily basis. For one week I got to feel like a real Beijinger living in the Hutong (albeit a fancy Hutong) and see the culture in a way that is impossible for a tour group staying in a fancy hotel.   The staff were incredible, they were great fun and really made us feel at home. The manager was very helpful and made it easy for us to plan our trips and get around with all of his advice. The great wall tour that they provided was excellent away from the touristy locations it was a great experience. The location was good just a 10minute walk from tian'anmen squa - The location is perfect, just 10 min walk away from Qianmen and Tiananmen Square, you can also find subway and bus quite easily around there. The cafe bar is really nice, good place to meet friends. Beds are pretty comfortable, I stayed in a 14 bed dorm, quite a big room, not crowded at all. The A/C works well, hot water 24 hrs, and oh! the bar opens 24 hrs as well, which is a bonus! The price is quite reasonable in Beijing, esp at central area. 4 Stars Recommend

It was right in the middle of the local culture, stores, - The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Tienanmen Square, in a very colourful area with plenty of restaurants and shops. The room was simple but clean, the towels were changed every day. The hotel has also a very cosy bar/restaurant area, mainly used for breakfast, and one or two computers are available if you need to use the internet. Most of the staff speak English and they are happy to give you advice on the best ways to get to places. I think this is a great place to stay if you are on a
