Our entire family enjoyed our stay at the Peninsula. The room was spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed. I love how the desk area is separated from the rest of the room. It allows me to do some work while the kids are watching a movie. The management really pays attention to the details which made our stay extremely comfortable. The staff at the Peninsula could not have been better! My wife and I travel extensively for work and pleasure, this hotel surpasses all we have stayed at. They provided a crib, bottle warmer, sterilizer, baby products without a word. They were fantastic with our son!!! Especially the Lounge staff.
all reviews » I went to Beijing on a Business Trip and stayed two nights at Peninsula. Ambience was excellent, staff was very cooperative. Rooms were quite spacious, comfortable and clean. All together my stay at Peninsula was very good. The upgraded room was very comfortable with king size bed, glass shower stall and flat screen TV. The concierge and front desk staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English. We enjoyed afternoon tea in the lobby. courteous staff always helpful with directions excellent breakfast fare fantastic location in city easy hotel and taxi transports efficient room service excellent housekeeping staff. The Peninsula has one of best gyms I have seen in a hotel. Everyone smiles and is inexceedingly nice. The Huang Ting restaurant is both beautiful and a great place to enjoy a meal. I think you will find cheaper hotels with more comfort in the rooms. the cleaning was not adequate to the level (5 star hotel) and the price paied. package without free breakfast. Wifi was not working -unadmissible in this hotel. This Hotel is becoming old. I stayed in all Peninsulas in the last few years . This is only one that rooms / bathrooms are just fair. need to be refreshed. Find out used condom in room !.
