    Best hotel! The staff is superb, the rooms are so comfortable, the location is perfect, the food is great, and the whole experience was amazing. My boyfriend and I got stranded in the snow a couple of miles from Quebec City. When we called the hotel, the concierge sent someone out to help us. He was so kind and patient. The staff w - The location was perfect for a post cruise stay -- right across the street from the cruise ship. The room was truly fabulous: warm, inviting, comfortable, quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the amenities were consistent with a 5 star hotel.

    We have already decided that B&B is a great way to travel, so this was among those places where we had a great time. The whole house is huge and very decorated with authentic pieces. It is an old house with a lot of character and modern amenities. The owners, Lee and Joss were really nice and accommodating trying to help in any which way. The breakfast - The owners are extremely nice. The Auberge is beautiful, clean, comfortable, all in a relaxing environment. The breakfast was delicious, everything was homemade by the owners. They also offer a 4 course dinner, we will definitively try it next time we stay there.

    A wonderful hotel tucked into a cobblestone street in Old Town! Giant rooms and hot tub big enough for two was a real plus on cold nights (and days)! I will stay here the next time I am in Quebec City. Great value, too.     Definitely the hospitality (of all the staff)! It was like having an extended family - everyone was so helpful, caring and friendly. Loved the quaintness of the rooms! We overlooked the park across the street - great view. Location is fantastic! Le Manoir is easily accessible along Rue St. Louis which runs from the Hotel Frontenac to the gates of the old city wall an - It was very easy to find and easy to get to wherever you walked in the city.
