    It's a beautifully restored facility, furnished to resemble a Victorian residence. It's very romantic. The owner has furnished it with antiques and lovely carpets and drapes, the opposite of a chain hotel.     I loved the view of the St Joseph Oratory from my balcony -- the Oratory is a few minutes' walk away: beautiful place to visit! This hotel is close to the Metro (Côte-des-Neiges station), and a brilliant Vietnamese restaurant (Pho Lien). There are also a 24-hour pharmacy and supermarket across the road, and several great fruit & veggie stores ... what people say » nearby, which makes it a perfect place for self-catering. It's a $40 fare to the Trudeau airport. Ok, so excellent location! My room had a nice new ba - Front desk was very friendly and gladly spoke English. Our room was excellent for the price. Full suite with separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, dining/living area, and little balcony. Hotel was very close to the metro (our form of transportation for the trip) and therefore we could go anywhere in the city really.     Our Days Inn experience was very positive. We stayed one night while dropping off our daughter at the University. The location was close to restaurants and the University. We did not have time to stay and explore this trip but are planning to do that when we return mid June.     We (a group of families) have been staying at this hotel for a number of years now during an annual trip to St-Sauveur...the accommodations as well as the pool are very appealing to the children!     The shuttle bus to and from the hotel was excellent. The front staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My room was upgraded at no extra cost. Overall it was a great place to stay and when I'm in Montreal again I will definately be back. - Close to airport, free shuttle and they upgraded the room to a suite.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for shopping the many malls and local restaurants. This is a nice no-frills motel with a hotel atmosphere.     Hotel Zero 1 was a very modern and classy hotel. We stayed at the Suite for 149 per night which we thought was worth the price because the room was very large and clean, with modern clean bathroom, and microwave and fridge kitchenette unit complete with dishes, utensils, wine glasses.     I find all hotel prices excessive for what amounts to a 12 hour stay. There is a current effort to recover the Grand Prix for Montreal. The news reports have it that the city gets $100's of millions for the week with hoteliers getting $500 per night.     I recently stayed here for 1 week while attending a conference. The hotel was an amazing place to stay that is within walking distance to shops, conference centre, metro and old Montreal. I have never come across such helpful, thoughtful and kind staff anywhere else in the world (I lost my passport) The room I had was modern and spotless, the bed ... what people say » was comfortable, air con worked a treat. There was a bit of street noise on Friday and Saturday night but my 3 colleagues who had other rooms said the - Main guy in reception was very knowledgeable about the city, where to go and what to do. Room was perfect for what we wanted, we only found out when we were checking out that we were put in a room they usually give to single travellers but it was more than ample for us.

    The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were contemporary, cleanand with everything you need. The bathrooms were fantastic. Location isamazing very near to old town and chateau frontenac, lots of nicerestaurants nearby. - The location is wonderful. You can walk out the door and every thing is within a five minute walk.     It was our first time in Quebec and of course we had a fabulous stopover prior to our cruise. Indeed my husband and I loved our room and your quaint hotel. Charming ambiance complimented by the delightfully amiable and caring young lady at the front desk who kindly answered any questions we had.     The hotel gave us a very nice clean, large room and large bathroom. It was a front room, first floor and perfect for us. We think that the staff was friendly. Breakfast room with gallery was lovely. Breakfast itself was delicious. We loved their home made croissant! The servers were attentive.
