    Fresh , clean surroundings, outstanding staff, friendly , very helpful, always smiling, very welcoming, I come here every year now and love it, bravo to the new renovations. convenient location to food, sports, touring .. tried at the Hotel times once and will never return .. unfriendly staff, rude and I have never had that experience at Le Cofort... what people say » el - keep up the good work, I hope to be back again in a month - The room was extremely clean. I did not feel afraid to walk around barefoot in the room (being new helped). We had a power failure that lasted over 2 hours. It would have been nice to have emergency safety lights in the rooms. The breakfast had much to be desired. An addition of at least cerial would have been nice. Fix those issues and the hotel would have been the best in every respect.

    The hotel is well situated near the Berri/UQAM subway station. My room was indeed spacious and comfortable, but also very quiet, even though it faced the street.     I was surprised to see a delightful Indian restaurant attached to the hotel. I did not get to eat there but it smelled wonderful from the moment I checked in. The hotel was very clean and seemed to have been remodeled recently. Carpet is not often that clean. The continental breakfast was more than usually offered. Staff were very helpful. The staff were fairly accommodating in that they were okay with holding on to my luggage while my room was being prepared and I went out shopping. Overall if the room was $100 I would be raving about how the great value for money.

    I find all hotel prices excessive for what amounts to a 12 hour stay. There is a current effort to recover the Grand Prix for Montreal. The news reports have it that the city gets $100's of millions for the week with hoteliers getting $500 per night.     The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were contemporary, cleanand with everything you need. The bathrooms were fantastic. Location isamazing very near to old town and chateau frontenac, lots of nicerestaurants nearby. - The location is wonderful. You can walk out the door and every thing is within a five minute walk.     It was our first time in Quebec and of course we had a fabulous stopover prior to our cruise. Indeed my husband and I loved our room and your quaint hotel. Charming ambiance complimented by the delightfully amiable and caring young lady at the front desk who kindly answered any questions we had.     The location was excellent! It was near the highway and a very short drive from Old Quebec City and Montmerency Falls. The staff were extremely helpful and answered all my questions with ease. They provided maps on how to get somewhere and then back to the hotel. That does not happen very often. The beautiful walk in shower was - The Hotel was excellent. The room was designed very well and even had a computer in the room. There were plenty of power points to charge your phone. The bathroom was very modern with plenty of towels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was great plenty of everything. The Hotel is situated about 15 minutes by car to the Old City of Quebec and there is plenty of parking available at a cost of $15 for the whole day. There is a large Shopping Centre within 3 minutes drive

    I loved the view of the St Joseph Oratory from my balcony -- the Oratory is a few minutes' walk away: beautiful place to visit! This hotel is close to the Metro (Côte-des-Neiges station), and a brilliant Vietnamese restaurant (Pho Lien).     Motel rooms were very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Location is ideal, facing the St.Lawrence Seaway with a beach and private park facing the water. - Been here many times and will certainly stay on my next trip to Gaspe.     Fantastically friendly staff; very helpful. I had an upgrade to a studio with kitchenette and fireplace. Comfy room. Highly recommended.     The hotel gave us a very nice clean, large room and large bathroom. It was a front room, first floor and perfect for us. We think that the staff was friendly. Breakfast room with gallery was lovely. Breakfast itself was delicious. We loved their home made croissant! The servers were attentive.
