  The staff at Front desk. When I checked in , there was a staff name Jeromie. He was very welcoming and very helpful in checking in his system for a Room with good view. He had all chance for rejecting our request, but he didn't. Secondly during our stay , our room service was great where we felt every day we were given a new room (except our mess... what people say » and baggages) . We also left a personal note of thanks to the room service team Donna and her team with the fornt office. Then the Restaurent Rumpels - I liked the hotel room, it was clean and very quiet. The staff were very friendly. I also loved the location its in walking distance to all main pubs and stores downtown. So I liked the hotel for the location.

  I stay here anytime I travel to St.John's. I was there in January when a huge snow storm came through. This was the time you won my heart, about 50 guest were storm stayed and the hotel rose above, we were all feed and treated like family with no extra cost to our bills. We had 3 wonderful meals and lots of laughs. I still can't believe the great ... what people say » service that was provided. Thank you so much for every time I enjoy my stay in your hotel, as long as I travel to St. John's this is were I will be st - The staff were so helpful and willing to please. Our suite was a bit of "home away from home", with very comfortable beds and always well maintained. The on-site restaurant has a nice variety to the menu, great food, good prices and hours of operation. We will definitely book our next stay in St. John's at the Ramada.

  lovely room and ensuite...lovely well kept facility...loved the access to snacks and tea or ice at night...great family....great parking arrangements with city tag for car - David and Kim were excellent hosts. Kim met us each morning at breakfast and was very hospitable. The house was very beautiful and very close to the harbour.

  The staff were expecting us when we arrived and are very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant (Jack's) was excellent and the staff there very friendly. - We went to st. John's for medical reasons. Stayed at capital b/c we did stay there before and it was clean and quiet.
