  I visited during the shoulder season, that is after Labor Day, so there only a few other travelers. That said, ample social space, an available in-house laptop with wifi for use if you need it. It's strongly geared toward self-catering, so don't expect to get a breakfast (except there is coffee and tea, and some stuff for cheap purchase). A mix... what people say » of guests, and great host while I was there. Bikes available for cheap rent if you don't have your own transpo. - it was a very nice atmosphere. I felt welcomed right away. The location was perfect. right at the start of the skerwink trail, which is an awesome hike! and really, we saw moose right down the street, so how can I complain!

  Cleanliness, friendliness , desire to please, comfortable mattresses, private bath. Plenty of choices for breakfast. We did not have an opportunity to explore as we were en route and only stayed one night, but it was most satisfactory stay.
