I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

I loved the bed and linens! Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having a fridge and kettle. Loved that I could go out on the large balcony and there was seating and a table. Also was happy that I could smoke on the balcony. I don't mind not smoking in the room but was very happy I didn't have to leave the hotel to have a smoke -

We had a corner room with two windows and a balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The room was lovely with plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. I was really pleased with the staff and the overall experience with this hotel. A big bonus is that The Wall is located about kilometer from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The view was unsurpassed. They dropped off a newspaper for us and had a hot coffee station down the hall which was lovely.
