  the room itself was fine. The couch had a lot of stains which really is not acceptable. I liked the WIFI. the pool was great but a small childs pool would be nice for little ones. - The apartment had everything you could think of or everything you needed. The view of the lake was great. Walking distance from other pubs and lakeside restaurants.

  When I read reviews it said the hotel was noisy & I didn't find that at all. The beds were ridiculously comfortable & the location was prime. I used to live just across Harvey so it was nice to be back in that area, not to mention the closeness to downtown. Walked everywhere. - Really liked the Bar. I made reservations on-line, but at the time I did not know their was a discount for those on a medical trip.   The view was unsurpassed. They dropped off a newspaper for us and had a hot coffee station down the hall which was lovely. We spent our mornings our on the deck overlooking the lake and sipping our coffee. The evenings were spent in the bar downstairs, excellent food and a great crowd. Very personable, asked how our stay was, related to us well by saying he'd been to our home town etc. He was very friendly to a young boy asking a question at the front desk.   we liked being in the tower - the room and the hallways were clean and bright. The bar, restaurant and Denny's were conveniently located. - Even though we showed up early to check in, our room was ready and we were very well received. The room was very nice.

  I have to agree with Joyce from Hefley Creek, the condo did feel like a home and was very well stocked with amenites. We used the indoor pool many times and my daughters and grand-daughters thought it was awesome being that .close to the condo. The playground just - We liked the hotel so much we ended up extending our stay so that we could play golf on 3 different golf courses over 3 days. The staff were efficient, friendly, helpful; the room was clean and very comfortable and the food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was perhaps a little ordinary and would benefit from the option of doing freshly cooked eggs rather than pre-cooked scrambled eggs. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and the safety of the rooms and will be recommending this hotel to others that are in need of accommodation in Kelowna.
