  The staff were very helpful, especially the life guard who gave us very good swimming lessons. There was a small pool, which was ideal for young children, in addition to the hot tub, steam room, outdoor pool, and sauna. - Spa center is rather new, staff is friendly, kitchen is typical bulgarian and extremely tasty, and prices are reasonable.

  Our room was huge, the pool was great and we had the whole spa for us.. amazing little new hotel in the mountines.. Much better then the pools in bulgaria in 5* hotels!!! We went after enira to kempinski in sofia and were totally disappointed. Enira is great!
