During my 6 days stay at Motivi I was served breakfast - all different, very tasty, excellent quality. 15 min walking to the sea, 20 min to Saints Constantine and Helena downtown. Very quite place. Atlant is situated near the sea, but there are not any problem to come to some restoraunts, hotels, shops, park, busstop and another entertainments.
