  We made a trip to the Euphoria Club Hotel & Spa this past weekend and it was amazing. We received a good deal since it’s off season from the winter months. The rooms are wonderful and best linens I’ve seen in Bulgaria. The spa was great with heated pool, steam room and sauna. We rented bikes for 1 hour and explored the trail right behind the h... what people say » otel (4 bg lev per hour). Euphoria offers a good breakfast and we even had lunch one day (good prices). Take a trip into Borovets it’s quiet but very - The hotel is very nice decorated and brand new, with very large rooms. -The prices of the food and drinks are very good -Breakfast is fine (my wife would like more sweets but for me eggs, bacon, cheese etc are perfect) -The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The spa is very nice and enjoyed the massage very much after 4 days of skiing.

  We had such a lovely stay in Chamkoria Chalets and will definitely come back. The apartment was perfect for us & very clean. Staff were very friendly & helpful.   Clean,nice staff although poor language command. - The staff was great. Unfortuatley the restaurant did not have most of the food items that were listed on the menu. Also I thought I paid on line, but upon arrival was told that the payment did not happen and I needed to pay there in cash directly to the apartment owner - that was a bit unexpected... what people say » and confusing.

  There are many untruths in the reviews submitted by the previous guests (E.G. lack of hair dryer, no slippers, no space for disposal of the ski equipment, payable sauna and steam bath, unpleasant staff, poor food, etc.) and I feel responsible to deny. All compliments for the polite and attentive staff. Hygiene and other services are appropr - I loved the size of the room we had acres of space ! It was warm the bed was comfortable. We were facing the ski slopes to early to ski as out of season . Staff helpful attentive . Enjoyed our stay would stay again if the price was right !
