  Nice view from the window. Big apartment, quite and noisy district. In the room is the small kitchen with toaster, microwave and everything to prepare a meal. The staff is nice. And breakfast is quite good.

  The Staff were excellent. Friendly, couldn't do enough for us and all with a great sense of humour . We also had a great chef who produced great food. Very clean and very good value for money.

  The hotel was excellent: the girl from reception gave us useful tips, the cleaning was every day, the rooms were big and also with kitchen accessories (just like in the pictures). From my point of view it's the best report quality/price.   I was there for 4 night, i that was wonderful time in the hotel, i like the restaurant, they have nice pool and also great steam bath and sauna. The internet connection is very fast, and there is a Nintendo Wii for kids.   We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights 15th-18th June. Having been travelling for most of the day through the mountains on the superb narrow gauge railway from Septemvri to Bansko it was late and we were tired. A delightful receptionist greeted us and informed us that she would be upgrading us from our booked 'Budget Studio' to a more deluxe studio ... what people say » at no extra charge. The studio was wonderful being very spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We had a balcony which provided us with spectacu - We had a fine stay at Pirin River Spa. The hotel is well located, 15 min walk away from gondola and 5-10 min walk away from the town (depends where you want to go). There is a non-stop shuttle service of Pirin River Spa to the gondola and back in the morning, and at the afternoon. Except the given hours you can also call the shuttle for free to pick you up.   The room was very clean and tidy. I was in a room that had an excellent view and had a balcony overlooking some of the town and mountains in the background. The best part of the hotel is probably the service. The hotel owner Milko is very helpful and friendly. He showed us where the best places to go are and was more than happy to help us with any... what people say » problems that we had. You can be sure that you will be well looked after if you choose this hotel. The hotel is located near the main street in Bansk - We had a great time and felt very welcome at the Snow Pearl. Lovely new building, great view of the mountains from our spacious room with a balcony and lots of windows. Nothing was too much trouble for our host (including transport from the Bus Station) he was really really welcoming and helpful - recommending places to go to and lots of practical advice. The complex is close to the gondola, there is a sauna and jacuzzi; late check out is a huge plus. Kitchen facilities did not really matter

  The hotel is nice, the rooms are warm, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great and cheap. The hotel is in an enclosed compound with parking and 24*7 security which was handy in my case as I was with a car.
