The hotel was excellent: the girl from reception gave us useful tips, the cleaning was every day, the rooms were big and also with kitchen accessories (just like in the pictures). From my point of view it's the best report quality/price. Totally recommend it! -

I could not fault this place. Staff went out of their way to make our
stay there the best it could be. Not only did they allow us to check-in
to our room at 5am (normal check-in is at 2pm) but they helped book our
transfers, provided extra in their welcome pack (beers, wine,
biscuits..), brought our food orders from the pub to our room and

Adam and Christian were very friendly and extremely supportive. The price was excellent, my room was comfy and clean, the gym and pool facilities were a very welcoming touch, breakfast was 'spot-on' and the location was great. The hotel is well positioned, although the small distance to the gondola is not a direct way, as you have to go around, on the bridge, to pass. Still, there is a free shuttle available, which takes you there in 1 minute. The breakfast is very good and tasty. The spa service is included in the room price. -

I was there for 4 night, i that was wonderful time in the hotel, i like the restaurant, they have nice pool and also great steam bath and sauna. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights 15th-18th June. Having been travelling for most of the day through the mountains on the superb narrow gauge railway from Septemvri to Bansko it was late and we were tired. We had a fine stay at Pirin River Spa. The hotel is well located, 15 min walk away from gondola and 5-10 min walk away from the town (depends where you want to go). There is a non-stop shuttle service of Pirin River Spa to the gondola and back in the morning, and at the afternoon. Except the given hours you can also call the shuttle for free to pick you up.
