  I used this hotel as a base for 3 nights during my trip to Southern Bulgaria in the end of Jun 2013. - Price. 23,5 BGN (12 Eu!!) / night for TWIN with single occupancy. - Room.   From the welcome cocktail on arrival, (the first time I have experienced this in fifty years of world travel), to the final breakfast prior to departure, the staff were tremendous in ensuring we had an excellent stay.
