  Wonderful bed and linen. Welcoming and professional staff. As it was my birthday, they sent some fruit and chocolate to the room. Completely silent ar conditioner. Next to wonderful restaurants and malls. Breakfast was excellent but busy. - Very pleasant and helpful staff.

  The confort, cleaness and the big size of the room. The bathroom was small but comfortable as well. The breakfast was superb and served till 11am. The staff was kind and solicitous. At night I found chocolates and 2 bottles of water complimentary, very kind!I do recommend and I will stay there again in a future trip to Sao Paulo.   It's basically a nice hotel with nice staff, clean rooms, finebreakfast, etc.Also, the 13 minutes walk up to Avenida Paulista seemssafe till late at night, as it is packed with bars and (cheaper)restaurants. If you prefer not to walk, there are a bunch of buses rightoutisde hotel that will take you to Avenida Paulista and beyond (E.G.,university ar... what people say » ea).So, the location is fine. - It was a big disappointment - I had expected a clean, confortable, friendly hotel and found nothing of that. At arriving at the hotel you are asked by an unfriendly porter to pay in advance for the whole stay. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.
