The hotel itself was clean & well equipped with lots of Brazilian families staying there on their holidays. We found the hotel to be in the perfect location & a short bus ride away from the centre of Natal or Ponta Negra in the other direction. We took a chance as we knew there might be uncertain weather during the Brazilian winter period. As for the rooms, I personally did not find the interior and decoration adequate to that of a five star hotel, also the our mattress very uncomfortable but they changed this after we made a complaint. Great and comfortable room and bathroom. A perfect breakfast as well as the service from the staff. As the hotel was booked through a travel agency, it was a great deal for the quality of it. The only kind of negative remark is the location. Although Via Costeira is a quiet place for touristic hotels, it is somehow far from the city downtown, and doesn't have such a good beach for bathing, because of the rocks.
