The confort, cleaness and the big size of the room. The bathroom was small but comfortable as well. The breakfast was superb and served till 11am. The staff was kind and solicitous. At night I found chocolates and 2 bottles of water complimentary, very kind!I do recommend and I will stay there again in a future trip to Sao Paulo. I would classify it as a superior 4 stars. The hotel was in the perfect location for Sao Paulo. Close to nightlife, great restaurants and shopping. The staff was courteous, helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

We were there the coldest days in years (38?). Since this is unusual for Sao Paulo there was no heat. This went for restaurants and stores as well. Small electric heaters in the rooms would have been great, but given the abnormal weather, the lack of heaters was understood and not a reflection on the quality of the hotel. breakfast price was high internet didnt work one Saturday for a few hours. bathroom/toilet space to small, entry to shower difficult. The carpet in the room. Price. Reception people not smilly, didn't do their job correctly (didn't register our car, which lead to endless discussions and nervousness). No sound proof windows and you are a busy area. Breakfast coffee was not nice at all. the hotel has everything that could bring it to a very good and high standard hotel. Although there are several small things, details that affect this. Many stains carpet in my first room, toilet paper hanger that hangs loose, entrance door gets blocked,... not taking in count these details top hotel. Gym Room bathroom Check in. Windows are not soundproof, small bathroom. Check in and out took at least 30 minutes each with several attempts at each to get it right. Waiting staff were hopeless and inattentive to the point of avoiding customers. Wifi was sporadic and weak. Breakfast selection was poor. Minibar selection poor and never replenished during the 3 night stay. Lifts frequently inactive. Room service menu very limited. Room still not made up at 5.30pm. I left a Mont Blanc penn at my room and never found it later. Very poor support from staff and they are not assuming any responsibility. I travel a lot and I know what to expect in terms of service when you loose something.
