It's one of the recently renovated hotels and for the price you pay it's excellent value. Great location (5-10 min walk from the affluent streets) , breakfast is great, staff is polite and helpful. Internet is painfully slow sometimes, but I have stayed at worse places for much higher price in SP. So, I cherish it. -

My room was huge and modern, with a nice city view, a little kitchenette and a large bathroom with a fantastic shower. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good and varied. The roof terrace has amazing views of the whole city! The location was also ideal for what I wanted: a safe, quiet area about a 15-minute walk from Paulista Avenue, the MASP Art Museum and the shops on Oscar Freire. There's a big Carrefour supermarket on the next block and there are loads of restaurants,
