Large suite with microwave, fridge, sink, table settings, hot pot [no coffee], large desk and chair, small table and chairs, sofa. Very nice firm bed. Lots of tv channels, English news and some English programs/movies, but hard to locate. Ac was good once it cooled the room down. Quiet, 18 story building with great views from my room and observation deck/pool up top. Decent gym. Good breakfast with unlimited coffee. Good location - walked to Paulista and masp art museum and to Ibirapeura Park a.
all reviews » My room was huge and modern, with a nice city view, a little kitchenette and a large bathroom with a fantastic shower. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good and varied. The roof terrace has amazing views of the whole city! The location was also ideal for what I wanted: a safe, quiet area about a 15-minute walk from Paulista Avenue, the MASP Art Museum and the shops on Oscar Freire. There's a big Carrefour supermarket on the next block and there are loads of restaurants,. The hotel is located in a very nice area central to where we wanted to be. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff spoke perfect English and was extremely helpful in guiding us to shopping, restaurants etc. The free city tour was great except that the guide did not speak English. However, it did cover the major highlights of the city which was very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. EVERYTHING Excellent and friendly Personal, Giulia and Veronica very kind, we didn't speak Portuguese and they tried every day to help us ordering food to deliver inside the hotel, or order tickets to go to entertainments.. always avaialble and ready to help. Nice Hotel with great gym facilities and swimming pool. The staff was very helpful, and helped us with basically everything we needed. The room was clean and large, and breakfast was good. Breakfast was good with a great selection. Very good value for money.Location in the Jardins neighbourhood, probably the best in Sampa. Great restaurants in the area, the luxurious shopping street Oscar Freie in the vicinity, the sense of safety of the zone, the gym. Spacious room nice view from the top, a very little pool not much bigger than a big bathtub but still nice and the gym. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. To have a small kitchen where I can make a tea or coffee. There are iron and safe in the closet. The tv has bbc in English and not translated to Portuguese. Not very practical, is it?. Wifi. Size of the bathroom (Luxury Twin Room - terribly small) Internet signal is super poor and you get disconnected all the time. The carpets on the floor looked old and they smelled like an old peoples home. Light switches are completely misplaced. You need to walk the whole room to put the lights out, and then come back stumbling in the dark (Had to move a big, heavy lamp close to the beds) Air conditioner is behind a curtain! Television does not work according to instructions, making you press the wrong buttons (with no effect) like an idiot Towels and bedspreads are low quality. Service is indifferent Breakfast is quite average, and you have to ask explicitly for water. I didn´t like the delay at the checkin and the fact that they didn´t have a nice bedroom to accommodate me. The receptionist said I could change bedroom but since I had booked in advance I expected to have the bedroom I booked. Rude customer Service.. They don't care about you, only about the money. I don't recommend at all.
