I found the staff to be approachable and helpful. The ocean view room was terrific - great view of Copacabana Beach. Plus, we allowed a late check out because our flight home left in the evening. In all, the experience was excellent. -

We went to check in and there had been an issue with the booking as the hotel was overbooked. The staff were excellent and very professional and actually moved us to another one of their hotel - the Windsor Leme - right on the beach. The rooms were very small, basic but had everything I need. It was clean. The saff were helpfull and kind all time. The hotel is near copacbana beach and very close to public transportation including metro. The breakfast was very good and delicious. This is a 4 star hotel. Do not expect luxry. I recommend this hotel anyone who has limited budget but looks for the best possible options and values

We were upgraded on arrival to a sea view room which was absolutely
fabulous. The room was ultra comfortable and the bathroom very large.
The hotel had the luxurious feel you would expect from this standard

We really like kitchen/domestic ladies, they are very friendly, happy and they work very hard. Overall staff is great. Ehostel is very clean and modern, safe area. Make sure you bring your own padlock (they charge 15) Nice/short walk to the beach, many shops and restaurants around. You can book organised trips through ehostel and airport shuttle as well. Play station, laptop, iron, kitchen facilities can be used by guests.
