The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They arranged everything from airport transfer to recommending which restaurants to try. Much appreciated. Lovely location with adequate facilities and close to many restaurants and shopping.

At arriving at the hotel you are asked by an unfriendly porter to pay in advance for the whole stay. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.
