Beautiful, efficient suite. Perfect location. Excellent wi-fi reception in the room at all but morning hours, which is better than most flat services in Sao Paulo. I liked that there was a tv in the living room and in the bedroom - very nice touch. I appreciated the turn-down service, and the balcony was very large and very comfortable, with a power outlet outside so I could work in the fresh air. It was also a very comfortable bed, which is also not common for Sao Paulo flat services. Luxuriou.
all reviews » The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They arranged everything from airport transfer to recommending which restaurants to try. Much appreciated. Lovely location with adequate facilities and close to many restaurants and shopping. Top location: close to Oscar Freira (luxury shopping street), Very good services, clean, 2-rooms appartements (bedroom and livingroom), good breakfast selection with a lot of fresh fruits. The staff is fantastic. The rooms are comfortable, well furnished and very clean. I stayed in the one-bedroom and the powder room was quite convenient when I had guests. The rooms are really large and well cleaned. I enjoyed the variety of the breakfast, The reception was also very helpfull each time. The hotel os very good. Clean, good location, good facilities and excellent staff. spacious, great breakfast, good views from pool and gym, BEST POSSIBLE LOCATION!. Staff is fantastic. Location is very good. There were several staff members who made sure my time there was enjoyable and met expectations. Denise, Filipe and Simone were excellent as were the two waiters in the restaurant at night.Staff willingly organised credit card taxis for me( which is quite a difficult thing to arrange as a traveler) even when I was away from the hotel at a conference, they were efficient with answering emails re taxis and travel cars etc. The breakfast food selection was below expectations. Also, I left a completed breakfast-room-service request on my door one night (at 11pm) and it was never collected. Nothing - it was what I expected. uninspired design everywhere. The location is nice if you want to walk around the neighborhood (lots of shops and restaurants nearby) but not very convenient to public transport. All was fine. The mattress of the beds could be more comfortable. wifi, slow sometimes. The swimming pool is too small. gym and food. nothing. The cigarret smell at a no smoke room, the first one that was given to me. I didn't accept and they change for another one at the same floor(!). My room had very stained carpet throughout and no hot water in the kitchen area. The food and wine in the restaurant (although good) was very limited and there were not any other cafes or restaurants close by. My room needs a renovation and it is planned for later this year. Even though I mentioned the state of the carpet to two staff members,I was not offered a more clean room.
